TYR Hurricane Category 2 Wetsuit

TYR Hurricane Category 2 wetsuits are filled with advanced features to maximise performance at an affordable price. The CAT 2 wetsuit is constructed with Slick Skin Neoprene, which is perfect for all level triathletes, since it boasts minimal drag and maximum speed and durability.

Motion Zones allow the swimmer to achieve a long reach without placing straining the shoulders. Formfitting wrist cuffs prevent water entering the suit. Quick Release Ankle Cuffs allow for quick and effortless removal. Speed Wrap Elevation Panelling placed on the legs, chest and core gives the feeling of a second skin. This elevates the swimmer’s body positioning in the water reducing drag and maintaining buoyancy. Core stability is also supported by the panelling. Panels on the forearm to allow for a maximised catch-and-release stroke. An insulated, thinner layer allows feel for the water. Antimicrobial lining provides superior odour protection and long-lasting freshness. This suit is available in both men’s and women’s sizes.

Orca Open Water Water Core Vitalis Wet suit

The Open water Vitalis Hi-Vis is specifically designed for swimming and training in open water safely and with maximum visibility, thanks to its high visibility orange panels which stand out against the colour of the sea, making it easy for boats, surfers and other swimmers to locate you while you swim in open water. It also provides the comfort you need, maintaining an ideal body temperature without affecting your movements. Enjoy the convenience of the Fabric Gloves, included with the purchase of the Vitalis Hi-Vis, which allow you to put on your neoprene without damaging the material.

The highly elastic materials used in this wetsuit will provide you with more flexibility for your swim stroke and allow you to swim without restricting your movements. The 2.5 mm Yamamoto 38 material, incorporated in the torso and legs, will provide you with buoyancy in addition to a good level of comfort. Composition: Neoprene : 95 %, Polyamide (Nylon) : 5 %. Other Zone3 Open Water equipment:

Gloves and Socks: Keeping the extremities of your body warm when swimming in open water can be tricky. Especially if your wetsuit stops at your wrists and ankles. That is why SwimPath also stocks a selection of socks and gloves, complete with extra fabric to stuff under your wetsuit and a Velcro strap to hold it in place to prevent it falling off or filling with water.
