The Men’s 50 metre Backstroke saw a return to form for Kliment Kolesnikov representing Neutral Athletes B, swimming a championship record 23.68. South African Pieter the Coetze and Pavel Samusenko, also representing Neutral Athletes B were tied for silver medal in 24.17, almost half a second back from the world record holder Kolesnikov.
