Pull Buoys - Training Aids and Equipment
Swimming Pull Buoys are used by swimmers to train their upper body strength and arm motion technique. The Pull Buoy Float sits between the swimmers legs, preventing the legs from kicking and forcing the upper body to work harder and be able to focus purely on the arm technique. The Swimming Pull Buoy also help swimmers float and stay high in the water.
