Arena Warranty

Arena Manufacturer Warranty

Products manufactured by Arena are warranted by the manufacturer to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal and intended use for the period specified below, commencing from the original purchase date. Warranty coverage is subject to the manufacturer’s terms, conditions, and limitations.

Warranty Period:

• All Arena products (apparel, swimwear, technical gear, and accessories): 12-month limited warranty from the date of purchase or delivery.

• For replacement products provided under warranty, the warranty period shall be the remainder of the original warranty period or 45 days, whichever is longer.

Scope of Warranty:
This limited warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal and intended use only. It does not cover damage resulting from misuse, neglect, improper care or storage, unauthorized modifications, accidents, normal wear and tear, or other causes unrelated to a manufacturing defect.

Claims and Assistance:
All warranty claims must be supported by valid proof of purchase. Swimpaths will reasonably assist customers in facilitating warranty claims; however, the final determination of warranty eligibility, repair, replacement, or other remedy rests with Arena in accordance with its warranty policy.
