    RETURNS & REFUNDS

     

    For all returns, please print and complete the following form - SwimPath Returns Form

    If your item is not faulty/incorrectly sent, you are required to pay the cost of postage. Please send returns to the following address:

    SwimPath, 4 Ryves Vale, Tickenham, Clevedon, BS21 6FZ

    Our returns policy lasts 30 days from receiving your item. If 30 days have gone by since your item has arrived, unfortunately we can’t offer a refund or exchange.

    To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

    Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. This includes Team Kit, Event Merchandise and Custom Printed Swimming Caps. These items are made to order and are therefore not applicable for refunds. Please ensure all order details are correct before placing an order for any of these items.

    Perishable goods 
    Water Bottles
    Face Masks

    Please ensure that you are returning items with all relevant tags, packaging and in good condition within 30 days of receiving them. Sending items after this may affect your eligibility receiving a refund. We recommend sending returns with a tracked delivery service

    If you are returning a faulty/incorrectly sent item, please get in touch with us at info@swimpath.co.uk along with an image of the faulty item to receive a prepaid returns label. RACE SUITS OLDER THAN 3 MONTHS: If you are returning a faulty racesuit 3 months or more after the original purchase date, we will only be able to issue a credit note, which can be used online or in store, rather than issuing a full refund.

    Refunds are issued as soon as we receive your return to the original payment method used to place the order. For security reasons, we are unable to issue refunds to an alternative payment method.

    Items will be refunded on a per-item basis, with the refund amount matching the amount paid for each individual item. For orders where a discount code has been used and only a partial amount of items has been returned, you will only be refunded the discounted amount of the items returned.

    Postage paid on the original order cannot be refunded. If you place an order qualifying for free postage, when returning the order, if the remaining amount on your order following the refund falls below £24.99, you will not be refunded £3.95 for postage costs.

    International Refund Policy -

    Shipping fees are non-refundable under any circumstance. This includes, but is not limited to, refused shipments, failed delivery attempts, customs delays, or returns initiated by the customer.

    Refunds (if approved) will apply only to the cost of the product(s) and will exclude all shipping, handling, customs duties, taxes, and any other fees associated with international delivery.

    Customers are responsible for ensuring that shipping information is accurate and that they are able to receive the package. We are not responsible for packages delayed, held, or rejected by customs authorities.

    Any return shipping costs for international orders are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated in writing.
