FINIS, Inc. Manufacturer Warranty

Products manufactured by FINIS, Inc. are warranted by the manufacturer to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal and intended use, for the period specified below, commencing from the original purchase date.

Warranty Periods by Product Category:

• Electronics: 1-year limited warranty (2 years within the EU).

• Swimwear, Apparel, Goggles, Swim Caps, and Accessories: 30-day limited warranty.

• Technical Products and Pool Equipment (e.g., fins, snorkels, training aids): 60-day limited warranty.

For electronic products that are repaired or replaced under warranty, the post-service warranty period is either 90 days from the date of service or the remainder of the original one-year warranty period, whichever is longer.

Scope of Warranty:
This limited warranty is provided solely by FINIS, Inc. and is subject to the manufacturer’s terms, conditions, and limitations, including but not limited to exclusions for damage resulting from misuse, neglect, improper storage or handling, unauthorized modifications or repairs, normal wear and tear, accidents, or other causes not related to defects in materials or workmanship.

Warranty Claims and Assistance:
All warranty claims must be supported by valid proof of purchase. Swimpaths will reasonably assist customers in submitting warranty claims; however, the final determination of warranty eligibility and any repair, replacement, refund, or other remedy rests exclusively with FINIS, Inc.
