JOWE Swimwear Warranty

Products sold under the JOWE brand (Swimpaths’ proprietary swimwear label) are warranted by Swimpaths to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal and intended use from the date of original purchase.

Warranty Periods:

• JOWE Race Suits: Six (6) months limited warranty from the date of purchase.

• JOWE Training Suits: Three (3) months limited warranty from the date of purchase.

Scope of Warranty:
This limited warranty applies solely to manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship. It does not cover damage or deterioration resulting from misuse, improper care, incorrect sizing, normal wear and tear, chlorine or chemical degradation, sun damage, abrasion, snagging, accidental damage, or failure to follow care instructions.

Given the performance nature of competitive swimwear, natural fabric compression loss, fading, and material breakdown due to regular pool use are considered normal wear and tear and are not covered under this warranty.

Warranty Claims:
All claims must be supported by valid proof of purchase and submitted within the applicable warranty period. Swimpaths reserves the right to inspect the product to determine whether a manufacturing defect exists. If a defect is confirmed, Swimpaths may, at its discretion, replace, or issue a store credit for the affected item.
