Speedo Warranty

Products manufactured by Speedo International Limited are warranted by the manufacturer to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal and intended use, subject to the terms, conditions, and limitations set forth by the manufacturer. This limited warranty period generally aligns with industry standards for swimwear and related products and may vary by product type and region of purchase.

Warranty Period:

• Standard Products (e.g., swimwear, goggles, accessories): typically covered by a limited warranty against manufacturing defects for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase. This reflects common warranty terms applied to Speedo branded swimwear and swimming accessories in several markets, subject to applicable statutory rights.

• Replacement Items: When products are repaired or replaced under warranty, the warranty on the repaired or replacement item will continue for the remainder of the original warranty period or for a minimum additional period as defined by Speedo’s warranty policy.

Scope of Warranty:
This limited warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship only and does not extend to damage resulting from misuse, neglect, improper care or storage, unauthorized modifications, normal wear and tear, accidents, or other causes unrelated to manufacturing defects. Statutory consumer rights in the purchaser’s jurisdiction may provide additional protections that cannot be excluded by contract.

Claims and Assistance:
All warranty claims must be supported by valid proof of purchase. Swimpaths will reasonably assist customers in facilitating warranty claims; however, the final determination of warranty eligibility and any repair, replacement, refund, or other remedy rests with Speedo International Limited in accordance with its warranty policy and applicable law.
