Products manufactured by Way Funky Company Pty Ltd — including its swimwear brands Funkita and Funky Trunks — are warranted by the manufacturer to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal and intended use, subject to the terms, conditions, and limitations set forth by the manufacturer and applicable law. Way Funky is an Australian swimwear company known for colourful, chlorine-resistant performance swimwear.

Warranty Periods by Product Category:

• Race/Performance Swimwear: Twelve (12) months limited warranty from the date of purchase.

• Training and Recreational Swimwear: Six (6) months limited warranty from the date of purchase.

• Swim Accessories (e.g., swim caps, towels, bags): Three (3) months limited warranty from the date of purchase.

These warranty periods represent defined coverage terms adopted in Swimpaths’ policy and are provided in addition to any statutory consumer rights afforded by applicable law.

Scope of Warranty:
This limited warranty applies solely to manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship and does not cover damage resulting from misuse, neglect, improper care, chlorine or chemical degradation, sun exposure, abrasion, normal wear and tear, or other causes unrelated to manufacturing defects.
